Cushman & Wakefield strengthens its position in industrial and hospitality real estate, appointing two Partners and one International Partner

03/08/2020

Cushman & Wakefield, the leading global real estate services firm, promotes Frédéric Le Fichoux from the hospitality team to International Partner. Robert Bocker from the industrial agency team and Petr Landsinger from the industrial property management team are promoted to Partners.

Frédéric Le Fichoux (41) is responsible for hotel transactions across Continental Europe and leads the international CEE team of advisors and valuers focusing on hospitality properties. Frédéric joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 and was appointed Partner in 2013. During the last 13 years he has succeeded in building a strong team of specialized experts that provide a comprehensive range of top-quality hotel transaction services. Frederic has advised on the acquisition and disposal of over EUR 2 billion of hotel transactions in Europe. His recent successes include the sale of the Portos Carras Resort in Greece, a landmark hotel deal achieved at the height of the COVID lockdown. He also participated in the acquisition of Prague’s Intercontinental hotel by R2G and in the sale of the Panorama hotel by Corinthia Hotel Group.

In his new role as International Partner, Frédéric will draw on the successful established cooperation with the capital markets teams in individual European countries and will continue to develop the specialised advisory services Cushman & Wakefield provides in the hospitality real estate sector.

Frédéric holds an MBA in Hospitality Management from Cornell University in New York and ESSEC Business School in Paris. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Property Investment from the University of Reading and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

In his free time, Frédéric loves travelling and exploring new cultures, geographies and culinary experiences. One of his recent discoveries was an amazing stay at Zuri Zanzibar, a magic and unique African experience.

Robert Bocker (38) leads the Brokerage Team as part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Agency. Robert has been working on the industrial market since 2007. He has worked at Cushman & Wakefield for more than eight years in total, most recently since 2016 when he joined again as an Associate. Robert specialises in representing corporate and other customers from the automotive, logistics, e-commerce and retail segments. During his career, he has completed industrial lease transactions involving more than 500,000 sq m of space. The key accounts for whom his brokerage team provided comprehensive consulting services include Pilsner Urquell, Continental AG, dm drogerie markt and others.

In his new position as a Partner, Robert will foster collaboration with the project management and retail teams and develop tenant representation services and client advisory in the industrial sector.

Robert likes playing golf and traveling in his spare time.

Petr Landsinger (47) is in charge of industrial & retail parks asset services in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. Petr has been working at Cushman & Wakefield for 18 years and has been active on the real estate market since 1996. They include the portfolios of Centerscape, Charnwood, M7 Real Estate, Clarion Gramercy, Logicor, Fidurock/Lincoln Property Company and ASV Group.

In his Partner position, Petr will focus on expanding the portfolio of schemes under management primarily in the field of logistic parks and industrial plants.
