In this year´s CIJ Awards Czech Republic, Cushman & Wakefield Retail Agency team was awarded the Best Retail Real Estate Agency. For the 8th consecutive year, Cushman & Wakefield confirmed its leading position on the local market in the prestigious CIJ Awards.

In 2020, the Cushman & Wakefield Retail team participated on closing more than 220 contracts concerning retail space of 50,000 sq m in total.
In CIJ Awards Czech Republic 2021, a project by Flow East was also awarded – the Flow Building received the Best Retail Development award where Primark opened its shop in June. It is the Irish fashion chain’s first and largest high street shop in the CEE region. Cushman & Wakefield was responsible for the building’s retail space lease and secured Primark as its tenant.

The CIJ Awards Czech Republic, now in its 21st year, recognizes and celebrates projects, transactions, companies, as well as teams that excelled over the past year. Nominations are judged on a multidisciplinary basis.
The awards are granted for the contribution of the partner to the real estate sector, the winner is voted by an independent group of sector professionals and an expert jury. It belongs to the most prestigious awards by the Contstruction and Investment Journal which has been active on the market since 1995.
