Cushman & Wakefield, the leading global real estate services firm, promotes Vít Zdráhal from the Industrial team and Lukáš Netolický, Head of Regional Cities CZ to Partners.
Vít Zdráhal, (aged 34), Head of Landlord and Tenant Representation in the Industrial team, was appointed partner at Cushman & Wakefield.
Vít Zdráhal has over 10 years of experience in professional services and advisory, since 2014 he works in commercial real estate at Cushman & Wakefield. In the firm’s industrial team, he is responsible for business development, transaction processes, long-term relationships with tenants and landlords and the development of a new marketing strategy.
At Cushman & Wakefield, he has played a key role in closing more than 90 transactions covering ca 400,000 sq m of industrial spaces, representing companies such as ABB, IKEA, XXXLutz, Vafo Praha, OKAY and others.
As partner, Vít Zdráhal will focus on deepening the collaboration with other teams within the firm and developing the tenant and landlord representation services, as well as advisory to clients in the industrial property segment.
In his free time, Vít likes to play sports and travel.
Lukáš Netolický, (aged 36), Head of Regional Cities CZ at Cushman & Wakefield, leads the firm’s Brno office. His main focus is on the development of its business activities, especially in the office segment. Recently, he has been appointed Partner.
Lukáš has worked with Cushman and Wakefield since 2011. First, he specialised in landlord representation and later in tenant representation in office schemes. In 2018, he founded Cushman & Wakefield’s office in Brno, which enables the firm to significantly strengthen its position on regional markets where it continuously reaches over 50% market share.
Managed by Lukáš, the firm’s Brno office represents top office projects in the regions such as Organica in Ostrava and Palác Trnitá in Brno. It participated on several of the largest regional office transactions, where it represented clients such as Kiwi.com, Atlas Copco and PPG. Currently, it is engaged in the largest office demands on the Brno market.
In the upcoming years, Lukáš plans to further expand the firm’s regional activities, not only in the office sector but in all commercial real estate segments.
Lukáš likes to spend his spare time with his family, visiting sights across the Czech Republic. Travelling and diving are his favourite hobbies.
