11/07/2023

Stefan de Goeij joins the Cushman & Wakefield ESG team as a Partner. The experienced Sustainability and Property Management professional will lead the CEE team as Head of Sustainability & ESG.

As of July 2023, Stefan de Goeij (aged 49) holds the post of the CEE Head of Sustainability & ESG at Cushman & Wakefield.

With over 23 years of real estate experience, Stefan has worked as a director at Avison Young CZ, where he led Czech Republic's and Slovakia's Property Management & ESG business. Property owners or occupiers can receive specific and individual recommendations on decreasing the environmental impact of their building, and help with their implementation. They will benefit not only from the lower burden their property generates, but also from its higher operational efficiency, getting their buildings ready to meet future demands and regulatory requirements, and keeping them on a competitive level.
