Nicolas Horky Joins as Partner, Head of Hotel Transactions for the CEE and SEE Regions at Cushman & Wakefield

Nicolas Horky joins the real estate advisory company Cushman & Wakefield where he will lead the hotel transactions’ team in the Central, Eastern and Southeastern European regions. Nicolas takes over from Magsud Rahmanov, who is stepping down and will leave the company at the end of year.

Nicolas Horky brings over 15 years of experience in the real estate hotel market to Cushman & Wakefield. He has worked at Orco Property Group in various cities, including Prague, Paris, Split, and Zagreb. Later, he joined the Principal Real Estate Europe team in London, where he specialized in hotel asset management and transactions. Since 2020, he has been a partner at SNH Consulting, focusing on hotel real estate consulting. He has led the international project financing team at Photon Energy Group since 2023.

Throughout his career, he has specialized in hotel transactions and their financing, asset management, and operating agreements at an international level.

In his new role, Nicolas Horky will be responsible for leading and developing the hotel transactions’ team in the CEE and SEE regions, leveraging his extensive experience and expertise to strengthen Cushman & Wakefield’s market position. Additionally, he will be overseeing the operator selection services in the region. He will be working closely with the capital markets heads in each of the region’s geographies, the Central European Hospitality team as well as the EMEA hotel transaction team head, Frederic Le Fichoux.

Nicolas Horky studied international trade and development of companies at ESCE and NEOMA Business School in France. He holds dual nationality, French and Australian.

His hobbies include sports such as running, cycling, yoga or hiking as well as travelling.
