Profile

Philippe Guillerm joined Cushman & Wakefield in June 2008 to head the Valuation & Advisor department. In March 2009, he became President of Cushman & Wakefield Expertise, a company legally independent from Cushman & Wakefield France to carry out independent valuation work.

Philippe has 25 years’ property experience in France and has been a specialist in valuation markets since 1990. 

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Philippe spent 9 years at CB Richard Ellis Valuation and 5 years at BNP Paribas Expertise where he was involved solely in the field of property expertise. 

His team of valuers conducts assessments for all types of real estate assets, whether office, retail, industrial properties, residential properties or land.
