Munich, 23 January 2019 – Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield today announced it has made three significant appointments – Jan-Nicolas Isaakson, Florian Prell and Simon Dienersberger – to strengthen its investment team in Munich.
Jan-Nicolas Isaakson (35) will lead Cushman & Wakefield’s investment team in Munich when he joins the firm as an International Partner on April 1, 2019. He previously worked for JLL for eight years as National Director, Office Investment Team Munich. Over his career he has successfully brokered more than 45 properties with a total transaction volume of over three billion euros. Isaakson is a graduate engineer (TU Munich) and holds a degree in Real Estate Management from the European Business School Wiesbaden.
As Partner, National Investment, Florian Prell will support Cushman & Wakefield’s Munich investment team. The 55-year-old will be responsible for the Southern Germany region. With more than 30 years of professional experience at various consulting companies – most recently at JLL Munich as National Director, Senior Executive Office Investment – Prell is one of the most highly-regarded and successful consultants in Bavaria. He also joins the firm on April 1, 2019.
Simon Dienersberger, 29, will strengthen the team as Senior Consultant, Investment Team Munich. He also comes from JLL, where he most recently worked as a Consultant in the Office Investment team. He joins Cushman & Wakefield this month.
