HEKTAR NEKTAR
With the 2028 project, Hektar Nektar aims to increase the bee population in Germany and Austria by 10 % by 2028. We're supporting the bee protection initiative.
McDonald Kinderhilfe
McDonald's Kinderhilfe builds and operates Ronald McDonald Houses throughout Germany, where parents and siblings of sick children can find a temporary home. We lend a hand.

C&W has Doing Good Pioneers who plan activities for our regular C&W Impact Days, helping at the Ronald McDonald houses or supporting local litter cleaning campaigns — we want to make a difference and will never settle for the world as we know it.
MAINZ GETS A COLOUR UPGRADE
The RMD building in Mainz consists of 12 residential units. And although it is run with a lot of love, you can see a few signs of use here and there. Our Frankfurt team spent two days using a paint roller to give the walls a fresh coat of paint - in white, blue, red and yellow. The whole team had a lot of fun, making for a more colourful home and strengthening the team spirit at the same time.
COOKING EVENING IN HH-EPPENDORF
Nothing is more energising than a lively evening spent together with good conversation and good food. On 11 April 2024, our Hamburg team put on their aprons and conjured up a delicious dinner with Mexican flair and flavour for the families at RMD-Haus Hamburg-Eppendorf. A band played during the meal to match.
CAKE FOR RMD-MUNICH
Cake is always a favourite — also at the Ronald McDonald House in Munich. That's why our team showed up already twice this year — using flour, milk, eggs and chocolate sprinkles to create cakes, muffins and small cupcakes. Above all, they made the many children's eyes light up who were there at the summer festival in July and were able to relax for a few hours from the worries of everyday life.

Cushman & Wakefield has had our emissions reduction targets and net zero commitment approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) External Link as consistent with levels required to meet the goals of the Paris Agreement.
Our Science Based Targets and Net Zero Commitment
Target #1: Reduce greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) across our corporate offices and operations 50% by 2030 (from a 2019 base year).
- Target #2: Engage our key clients, representing 70% of all emissions at our managed properties, to set their own science based targets by 2025.
- Target #3: Reach net zero value chain emissions (scopes 1, 2 and 3) by 2050.
