Cushman & Wakefield brokers the letting of 407 m² office space to energy company HausStrom

The Munich office letting team of international real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has brokered 407 m² of office space at Lothstraße 19 in Munich to independent energy company HausStrom. The move to the new office building to accommodate the company’s growth will take place at the beginning of November 2020. The lessor is Nymphenburger Beteiligungs AG.

The office building is the former administrative headquarters of Vereinte Versicherungen insurance. Munich University of Applied Sciences is located nearby. The total area of the office building amounts to 4,000 m².

HausStrom is a Munich-based independent renewable energy company. It offers simple and affordable energy systems for decentralized energy supply.

Nymphenburger Beteiligungs AG is a company of the Optima Aegidius Group, a property developer and portfolio holder.
