The Munich office letting team of international real estate consulting firm Cushman & Wakefield (C & W) has brokered the letting of 2,000 sqm of commercial space at Petersbrunner Strasse 15 in Starnberg to the Munich-based fitness studio operator Ambiance Fitness GmbH. The opening of the studio is planned for the end of the year.
The fitness studio operator already has a branch in the Pasing district of Munich and is now expanding to Starnberg.
According to a recent analysis by Cushman & Wakefield, 40 transactions of 100 million euros or more were recorded on the German real estate investment market in the first three quarters of 2024, with a total volume of € 10.8 billion.
