The Dusseldorf office letting team of international real estate consulting firm Cushman & Wakefield (C & W) has brokered the letting of 384 sqm of office space in the Kennedyhaus building in Dusseldorf to commercial law firm CLP. The move will take place at the beginning of next year. The owner of Kennedyhaus is Aberdeen Standard Investments Deutschland AG. Consulting firm Busch Advisors acted on behalf of Aberdeen.
The Kennedyhaus office building at Hans-Böckler-Strasse 1 on Dusseldorf's Kennedydamm has a total usable floor area of 12,000 sqm. The property was built in 2004 and was awarded the German Architecture Prize in 2005.
