The Dusseldorf office letting team of international real estate consultancy firm Cushman & Wakefield (C & W) has brokered the letting of 500 sqm of office space to ETHEUS Real Estate on behalf of investment manager Quest Funds. An expanding company ETHEUS Real Estate was advised by Colliers International and plans to move at the beginning of 2021.
A fund, Hesse Newman Real Estate Nr. 2 GmbH & Co. KG, is the owner of the office building in the Airport City submarket in Dusseldorf.
The office property is located at Klaus-Bungert-Street 6, has a total area of approx. 10,700 sqm and was built in 2010.
Only 500 sqm remains vacant. The main tenant of the building is Siemens. The Airport City submarket continues to be very popular with office tenants.
