Cushman & Wakefield brokers sale of the 10,900 sqm Print Media Academy convention centre in Heidelberg

The Capital Markets Germany National Investment team of international real estate consultancy firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has brokered the sale of the 10,900 sqm Print Media Academy (PMA) congress centre in Heidelberg: Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG sold the property to a Luxembourg-based investment company.

The Print Media Academy (PMA) congress centre is located opposite Heidelberg's main railway station at Kurfürsten-Anlage 60. The property has an area of 10,900 sqm - 60 percent of which is office space and 40 percent congress space. 

Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG is a precision engineering company. The company is the world's leading manufacturer of sheet-fed offset presses - including solutions for the print media industry.
