Cushman & Wakefield brokers the letting of 2,000 sqm in Hamburg’s Centurion Commercial Center office building to digital health company

The Hamburg office leasing agency team of international real estate consultancy firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has brokered the letting of 2,000 sqm of office space in the Centurion Commercial Center building in Hamburg to a digital health company. The move will take place on 1st July 2021, and is a sublet by the company Carnival Maritime GmbH.

The Centurion Commercial Center office building is located in Hamburg's Hafencity district. It was built in 2011 and offers flexible rental spaces ranging from 130 sqm to 2,000 sqm. The property bears the DGNB Gold sustainability certificate.

Carnival Maritime GmbH operates a marine operations center in the Centurion building in Hamburg for cruise ships deployed in Europe and Asia by the Carnival Group, the world's largest cruise company, headquartered in Miami, Florida.
