01  Why the merger with C&W?

Up to now we have concentrated mainly on project management, technical due diligence, general planning and technical planning. Which we continue to do. Together with Cushman & Wakefield, however, we can now offer our clients services in the areas of design & build, workplace strategy consulting and interior design from a single source. In addition, we are now also there for our clients with our local team in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich. We are definitely developing further in this way.

We have always been dynamic and very multi-faceted - we are now expanding this even further, just like our services and locations. However, we will continue to rely on our tried and tested mix of international perspective and honest Berlin style. We listen to young ideas just as much as we listen to many years of experience and always work together to achieve our project goals. This will also remain the case in the now even larger team.

03 What are the common long-term goals?

Those who bundle their competences, smooth out processes and bring together the experience and skills of experts from very different fields can also tackle visions and future challenges in an even more targeted way. For the benefit of our customers, we are focusing even more than before on future technologies and firmly anchoring them in our services, whether with regard to smart building solutions and automated and modularised construction processes.
