The Munich office letting team of international real estate consultancy firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has let 3,300 square metres of office space in the "Art Deco Palais" at Arnulfstrasse 56-60 in Munich.
The new user of the space in the property, which was built in 1924 and refurbished in 2010, is innoscripta GmbH. The company specialises in the brokering of public research grants. It will move into the space, which also includes an exclusive-use roof terrace of around 300 square metres with a panoramic view, from October 2021 as a subtenant of ReSources Germany GmbH. ReSources had exclusively commissioned C&W with the search for a suitable user.
The "Art Deco Palais" is a listed office ensemble designed by the Munich architect Robert Vorhölzer. It is located in the City Centre West submarket in the immediate vicinity of the Bavarian capital's main railway station and has a total lettable area of 37,500 square metres. The property has DGNB Gold sustainability certification.
