The Munich office leasing team of international real estate consultancy firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has let an office space of approximately 500 sq m in Munich on behalf of a Munich family office represented by IMCON Immobilien Consulting GmbH. The property at Rosental 6 is now fully let.
The new user of the space, including a terrace, in the office and commercial building known as "Schreiber-Haus" is SÜBA Deutschland Bau- und Projektmanagement GmbH, a German subsidiary of Vienna-based SÜBA AG, which supports the company's activities in Germany. With more than 40 years of successful activity in the real estate sector, the company is one of the most established property developers in Austria.
The property comprises a total of 4,000 sq m of lettable area. It was built in 1960 and extensively renovated in 2007. Former market hall Schrannenhalle and major squares Marienplatz and Viktualienmarkt are located in the immediate vicinity.
