The Munich office leasing team of international real estate consultancy firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has let 3,300 square metres of space at Claudius-Keller-Straße 7, a property of the Catella MAX special fund, to the Munich Adult Education Centre (MVHS).
The building, which was refurbished in 2010, is part of the "neue balan - campus der ideen". It was developed by Allgemeine Südboden Grundbesitz and allocated to the Catella MAX open-ended fund of Catella Real Estate AG (CREAG). MVHS will move into the space from autumn 2021 and use it primarily as training space. Colliers acted in an advisory and brokerage capacity on behalf of MVHS.
Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed by the owner CREAG to let the property.
