Cushman & Wakefield lets 1,500 square metres of prime location office space in Hamburg

The Hamburg office letting team of international real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has let 1,500 square metres of office space in the Alsterarkaden in Hamburg. The client was a renowned Austrian real estate company who has already acquired several properties in Hamburg city centre.

The property is a historic, listed office and commercial building in Hamburg's most prestigious location. The new user of the property at Jungfernstieg 7 and Neuer Wall 1, 3, 5 is EuropaKontor GmbH who plans, after establishing a location on Ballindamm, to open another business centre here. For this purpose, 42 occupancy-ready office spaces with high-quality furnishings are available on two storeys.
