The Düsseldorf office letting team of the international real estate consultancy firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has let around 1,600 square metres of office space in "Fritz" at Fritz-Vomfelde-Straße 14-20. The new user of the property, located in the Seestern business quarter, is the Akademie für Pflegeberufe und Management (APM) gGmbH.
This is the third successful letting in the property by Cushman & Wakefield during the COVID-19 pandemic. The deal with the training company brings the office occupancy rate in the five-storey property to 89 per cent. In total, the property comprises around 17,000 square metres of lettable area.
The property is owned by a Westbrook Partners fund. Sonar Real Estate is the responsible asset manager.
Düsseldorf's Seestern office submarket is popular with companies and tenants. Letting activity here remained at a consistently high level despite the pandemic. The stable demand is reflected in the average rent level, which has risen by around ten per cent over the past five years to the current € 13.14/sq m per month. The Seestern office submarket thus distinguishes itself via its particularly attractive price-performance ratio.
