Cushman & Wakefield siedelt Lieferdienst Wolt in Berliner Mediaspree an

Das Berliner Bürovermietungsteam der internationalen Immobilienberatung Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) hat dem Lieferdienst Wolt Enterprise Deutschland GmbH ein neues Headquarter in Deutschland vermittelt. Das finnische Unternehmen hat seit Dezember 2021 seinen Hauptsitz in der Berliner Mediaspree im Stadtteil Friedrichshain bezogen.

Das dreigeschossige Objekt in der Stralauer Allee 6 wurde 2007 errichtet. Es umfasst rund 6.500 Quadratmeter Bruttogeschoss-Bürofläche, die vollständig von Wolt genutzt wird. Die Immobilie wird von AEW verwaltet. 

C&W hatte Wolt bereits im Jahr 2020 erfolgreich bei der Suche nach geeigneten Flächen unterstützt. Mit der nun erfolgten Vermittlung wurde diese Zusammenarbeit fortgesetzt.
