International real estate consultancy firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has restructured its senior leadership team due to the growing importance of Project & Development Services (PDS) in the EMEA region. As Head of PDS Skill Lines EMEA, Frank D. Masuhr joins the senior leadership team around Nic Wilkinson, Chair of EMEA PDS & Design + Build. In total, the EMEA PDS division is supported by around 700 employees.
In addition to his new role on the strategic PDS Board, Frank D. Masuhr will remain Head of Project & Development Services DACH at C&W. The TU engineer , who previously held management positions with Deutsche Babcock AG, DUSSMANN AG and ALBA Group, among others, has been with C&W since 2017. He is also a board member of RICS Germany and one of the Local Co-Chairs Berlin at the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
