Our Düsseldorf office letting team has let around 1,250 square metres in the Schwanenhöfe building ensemble at Erkrather Strasse 230 in the North Rhine-Westphalian state capital. We were supported in this by pro m2 GmbH. The owner of the property is Schwanenhöfe Grundstücksverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH.
The new tenant is SV Deutschland GmbH, a member of the SV Group, which is active in the field of gastronomy and hotel management. The company employs around 1,500 people in Germany and will move into the long-term-leased space in the Schwanenhöfe Galeriehaus building.
A central component of the office space is a “market square” as a central meeting place. Here, employees have access to a variety of areas for meetings. In addition, zones for think tanks, breakout and silent rooms are integrated into the rental space. A special highlight is a spacious roof terrace.
The Schwanenhöfe is located at Erkrather Straße 230 in the up-and-coming Düsseldorf district of Flingern. The highlight of the campus is its mix of office, event, gastronomy, leisure and showroom space. The ensemble meets the requirements of New Work office environments and takes into account the need for sustainability through the use of resource-saving building materials and energy supply systems.
