The Düsseldorf office letting team of international real estate consultancy firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has brokered the letting around 2,700 sq m of office space at Flughafenstrasse 99, on the corner with Klaus-Bungert-Strasse 6, in Düsseldorf's Airport City. The owner of the property is LEG NRW GmbH.
One of Europe's leading IT service providers, Computacenter AG & Co oHG, is relocating its headquarters from Ratingen to Düsseldorf and moving to Flughafenstrasse 99, on the corner with Klaus-Bungert-Strasse 6, on 1 October 2024. C&W was exclusively mandated with the search for suitable space.
The IT company will occupy parts of the ground floor and the first three upper floors of the office building, which was completed in 2022. The six-storey building has a total lettable area of around 11,000 sq m.
The new location provides optimum links with Düsseldorf Airport and the national motorway network as well as generous office space that meets the company's growing requirements. Numerous companies from various sectors including aviation, logistics, consulting and services have settled in Düsseldorf’s Airport City submarket. The office buildings here are equipped with state-of-the-art IT infrastructure and often offer additional services including conference rooms, restaurants and fitness centres.
