The new Head of Project & Development Services (PDS) for the DACH region at Cushman & Wakefield is Martin Wellnitz. He comes from within the company and takes over from Frank D. Masuhr, who left at the end of September. In his new role, he is also a member of the Executive Committee of C&W Germany.
Martin Wellnitz has now been with Cushman & Wakefield for 8 years, most recently with responsibility for the project management business in the DACH region. He has more than 20 years of practical experience in the fields of architecture and project management. Prior to C&W he was with JLL and Gensler in New York. As the new head of the 70-strong team in the DACH region, he will increasingly focus on technology, sustainability and innovation.
ESG and sales gain more emphasis
C&W is reorganising the existing PDS division with a qualitative-holistic approach. The aim is to offer comprehensive service packages for clients as a closely integrated unit that responds to changing needs. In future, the topic of ESG, with Norman Konzack, will play an even more central role within Project & Development Services. Sales will also be given a stronger focus. Lutz Schilbach, who will continue to act as Head of Design + Build DACH, will be responsible for this with immediate effect.
Nic Wilkinson, Chair of Project & Development Services EMEA, comments: "With this new set-up and Martin Wellnitz at the helm, we can focus even more clearly on ESG and intermeshed solutions - for our clients on both the user and investor side. As a leading property consultancy, this will enable us to meet the changing needs of our clients even better."
The PDS division supports the company's clients in the areas of project management, technical due diligence, general planning and technical consulting, development monitoring, design + build as well as ESG, workplace strategy and interior design at its offices in Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich.
