The Munich branch of international real estate consultancy firm Cushman & Wakefield has moved. The new location in Munich is Sonnenstrasse 17. Here, the company has leased almost 700 sq m on the 2nd floor. The move had become necessary because working practices in the office have changed significantly requiring a more communicative layout and furnishing structure.
In the new office, C&W's Munich team has significantly more flexible working options. The state-of-the-art spaces help to provide employees with an even more attractive working environment on a task-related basis. In doing so, the company is guided by the high-quality standards of its New Work concept.
“Today's office must be more than just a modern workplace to make it attractive to employees. In addition to a central location and good accessibility, opportunities for communication and interaction as well as creative work play an important role. At the same time, the office is a point of identification for C&W where everyone should feel comfortable, whether employees, clients or guests. This was the basis for the design of our new spaces," explains Hubert Keyl, Head of Office Agency Munich and Head of the Munich branch of C&W.
The new office has an almost perfect location at Sonnenstrasse 17. Located between the city centre and the main railway station, as well as between Stachus and Sendlinger Tor, employees and clients alike will benefit from perfect accessibility via public transport, bicycle or car (parking in the CONTI multi-storey car park at Stachus). There is also a wide range of gastronomic and retail amenities in the immediate vicinity.
