Restructuring of the Capital Markets & Investment Advisory division

Verena Bauer • 01/07/2024

Cushman & Wakefield, one of the world's largest real estate advisory firms, has restructured its Capital Markets & Investment Advisory division as part of its repositioning initiated by Tina Reuter, Head of Germany. The responsibilities of both divisions have been combined and are now managed by Simon Jeschioro, who has been Head of Investment Advisory since 2017. In addition, the property economist (EBS) will continue to head the Specialist Markets division. He reports to Tina Reuter, Head of Germany at Cushman & Wakefield.

Simon Jeschioro is thus responsible for Cushman & Wakefield's advisory services and investment decisions and, in his role, works closely with those responsible for the Office, Living & Healthcare, Retail and Logistics & Industrial market sectors. The new structures will ensure efficient interfaces with both the regional managers and those responsible for the individual sectors, thus ensuring a comprehensive service and advisory package from a single source for the company's clients.

Simon Jeschioro on his new responsibility: "Customer issues are becoming increasingly complex in the current market environment. We are tackling this challenging situation with holistic solutions - always taking into account relevant market developments and our complete consulting expertise. With this approach, we are shaping the future in terms of overall social responsibility, which we in the property sector cannot and do not want to shirk."

Tina Reuter comments: "I am delighted to have Simon Jeschioro, who has over twenty years of experience in the management of large-volume, complex portfolios, as an excellent expert for our clients in these central roles at Cushman & Wakefield. He knows the needs of the sectors relevant to investors and the specific industry trends. With the restructuring of the divisions under Simon Jeschioro, we are consistently pursuing our new strategy and strengthening our position in offering integrated solutions."
