Cushman & Wakefield successfully advised KREAS GmbH on the sale of a seven-story residential complex in Bad Nauheim (Wetterau). The property, located at Usastraße 8-10, comprises approximately 3,000 m² of living space and has been sold to the Amadeus Group.
The building, constructed in 1972, consists of 91 residential units and is situated in an attractive residential area in the southeastern part of the central Hessian spa town. Sustainability-focused energy efficiency measures are planned to modernize the property. The apartments have an average size of 31 m². Targeted upgrades aim to significantly increase rental income. This acquisition represents an ideal portfolio expansion within the core region of the Amadeus Group.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
