Anne-Kathrin Laier is a member of the RICS and has many years of experience in the valuation of portfolios and individual properties according to national and international valuation standards. Furthermore, as a certified HypZert (F) appraiser, Anne-Kathrin Laier has extensive experience in determining mortgage lending values and acts as a contact person for mortgage lending values in Germany and abroad. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Anne-Kathrin Laier worked for four years in the business line valuation in retail at CBRE GmbH in Berlin.
