Clemens von Arnim has headed C&W's Berlin Capital Markets Team as International Partner since January 2017. The focus is on advising and marketing commercial real estate in Berlin.

Clemens has been working in the real estate industry for more than 15 years and has mainly focused on Berlin for over 13 years. Prior to C&W, he worked 4 years as an Associate Director at JLL, where he developed excellent references in office transactions in Berlin and helped JLL to become the market leader in Berlin. As an expert for structured processes, he was able to place all objects with different buyers and exceed the purchase price expectations by up to 20%.
