In 15 years of service at Cushman & Wakefield, Gautam has been instrumental in growing the firm’s revenue multi-fold with innovative service offerings for occupiers as well as investors. He has been involved in complex transactions of land disposition, income yielding asset acquisition and lease restructuring. Besides serving as one of the founding members of Agency Leasing business for Cushman & Wakefield in India, Gautam was also instrumental in revamping the Retail as well as Logistics business thereby leading to its exponential growth into a fully operational team within the firm. & exponential growth of Retail as well as Logistics business into a full-service operational team within the firm.
