Somy heads the Valuations & Advisory and co-heads the Capital Markets business for Cushman & Wakefield in India. He is responsible for ensuring an integrated service delivery to clients across the country. Having experience in various sectors through his consulting background, he has been able to add value to the clients. Somy was a part of the C&W Strategic Consulting team from December 2005 to February 2008, and during the period he has handled various Research and Advisory assignments. This includes property valuations, market entry and exit strategies, location analyses, corporate advisory and development feasibility studies. Somy has worked with various private corporations and government agencies in providing advisory solutions such as bid advisory, valuation studies, etc.

Prior to C&W, Somy has worked with a management consulting giant. Being a qualified finance professional, Somy has been able to leverage his industry knowledge, while advising real estate companies and investors. Somy has more than 8 years of experience in Valuation & Advisory services.
