Veera has been a real estate professional since 2000 and has an extensive experience managing mission critical clients and leading large teams. As a Managing Director for India Tenant Rep, Veera will align with our transaction teams comprising of 200+ brokers across the country to create innovative, value-based solutions for our clients. He works with city heads and other business leaders to create efficiencies and provide strategic supervision to accelerate growth. Besides Tenant Rep, he currently heads office operations of Kolkata and is responsible for advising on the strategic direction of the firm as well as identifying new opportunities. He established C&W’s Hyderabad office in 2005 and has grown it to a team of more than 400 professionals across all verticals who can expertly devise unique and creative solutions to complex real estate problems for the clients.

Veera brings more than 23 years of broad corporate and commercial real estate experience, servicing clients in a variety of industry sectors. He has assisted large commercial portfolios on wide-ranging needs, including complex real estate strategies, acquisitions, dispositions, and consolidations over the past 18 years. Veera has been a part of many landmark real estate deals and benchmark innovations over the years. He has an in-depth familiarity with commercial real estate markets across all cities in India and is also responsible for developing strategic connects with US and EMEA. Prior to joining C&W, Veera worked with Ascendas (now CapitaLand) to manage office leasing / sales and was also a part of their international marketing team. Prior to that, he was with Sahara Group managing various commercial, residential, and retail projects across multiple locations in India.

Veera is a natural leader and inspires his teams to achieve excellence on behalf of the clients. He is part of the India Leadership team and is also identified as a future leader under the C&W Global Executive Leadership Program. He also works with the valuation, consulting, and research teams in assisting them with his inputs for various market studies, periodical research reports published by C&W. He is a regular speaker at local industry events and is cited frequently in the media.
