Mexico City- Microsoft acquired offices inside a WeWork tower in Lima Peru, replicating an alliance made by both companies in Dublin, Sidney, New York etc. It was converted into the first office to adopt this schema in Latin America.
Cushman & Wakefield was an important ally in this project, since the Project Development team designed and adapted the interior design of Microsoft, successfully managing to integrate iconic collaboration features representing WeWork, without losing Microsoft’s corporate identity.
The project consisted of the design, construction and building and operational delivery of 900 m2 of corporate interior in the centenary business centre in Lima. The result was the construction of offices that maintained all the standards characterising each of these brands and making them work organically for their users.
