Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Jos Hesselink (41) as Research Lead of the Dutch organization. In this position, Hesselink is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Research team, including data collection, interpretation of data and reports on market developments and trends. In this position, Hesselink succeeds Frank van der Sluys who, as Partner Market Intelligence, was already responsible last year for developing and realizing data-driven solutions for clients.
Hesselink is trained as a social geographer and planner and has been working in the Research team of Cushman & Wakefield since 2008. In recent years, he has been intensively involved in the data process within the consultancy organization and responsible for the quality of data.
Cushman & Wakefields' Market Intelligence, part of Real Estate Strategy & Innovation, focuses on data-driven dashboarding, portfolio analysis, benchmarking and strategic advice. To this end, the team has developed various digital intelligence tools to support governments, financiers, real estate investors, users and developers in their real estate decisions. The Research team supports Market Intelligence and ensures high data quality, data processing and data interpretation.
