Ed Fitch, Partner, EMEA Hospitality Capital Markets, said: “We are tremendously excited that Dennis, with his vast experience of hotel transactions and development, is joining us to spearhead our continued growth in the Benelux region. As demand drivers improve, international capital is increasingly drawn to the Benelux markets and we expect both liquidity and prices to increase in the medium term and we consider it a huge advantage for our clients to have someone of Dennis’ experience based locally.”
Jon Hubbard, Head of Hospitality EMEA, added: “I am delighted to welcome Dennis to the team, which again highlights our commitment to serve our clients in the hospitality sector. Dennis will work with Ed Fitch to build our business in the Benelux region, where Cushman & Wakefield already enjoys a market-leading position in real estate capital markets.
