Boesveldt is an International Partner and, in addition to his appointment, will also remain responsible for the strategy and services of the adviser in the retail sector. Boesveldt has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2010 and will succeed Edward Vis in his new position, who has decided to take a different approach to his career outside the company.
In his new position, Boesveldt will be responsible for the provision of services to more than 55 clients and for managing a team of more than 120 professionals who are responsible for the real estate management of 800 buildings in the Netherlands.
As Head of Asset Services, Boesveldt is primarily responsible for further shaping and substantiating the organisation's ambition to become a professional services company in real estate.
