Cushman & Wakefield appoint Bram Petit as COO

As of February 1, 2022, Bram Petit (40) will become Chief Operations Officer (COO) of international real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield in the Netherlands.

As COO, Petit will be responsible for directing effective and efficient business processes and for embedding the company's strategic ambitions within its operational implementation. He reports to CEO Jeroen Lokerse.

Petit comes from NN Investment Partners where he spent the past seven years working in various roles within risk, including Chief Risk Officer UK and Head of Risk for Venn Hypotheken. Before that, he worked at ING, among others, where he gained international experience. Petit was educated as a Master of Real Estate Management & Development at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) and has extensive experience in real estate and infrastructure financing, project and corporate financing.
