Modern and sustainable office building
01:
The Opportunity
In the heart of the Central Business District, less than 100 meters from the Markthal and opposite of Station Blaak, you’ll find the Blaak16 Building. Recently completely renovated into a modern and sustainable office building in which Ocean Network Express (ONE) resides on some 3200 m2 office space.
02:
The solution
Just like the building, the ONE office is modern and sustainable. Divided over two office floors, with the contemporary staircase connecting the story’s, the reception and the restaurant.
03:
The Result
The office has a state-of-art data installation and AV equipment with large screens behind the reception desk and in the restaurant. The high-quality furniture and the lighting plan result in an open, transparent and professional working environment for all 230 employees of ONE Rotterdam.
