David Bukovac serves as the Global Head of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) for Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services (GOS) business. In this role, he leads a global team dedicated to supporting client delivery through operational governance, implementation of industry best practices, and the development of standardized tools and solutions.
At the heart of David’s leadership is a commitment to service quality for clients that goes beyond ensuring clean and safe facilities. Under his guidance, the IFM team creates engaging, experiential spaces where employees connect and collaborate, fostering environments that drive productivity and innovation.
With over 25 years of experience in the IFM industry, David has held leadership roles on both the service provider and client sides. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, he oversaw global facility management for Mondelez International, managing operations across food and industrial manufacturing sites, R&D campuses, distribution centers, corporate offices, and headquarters. His extensive global expertise spans operations in the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Prior to Mondelez, David spent 15 years at JLL, where he led multiple global client accounts.
David earned an M.B.A. in Finance from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University. He is a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) and Facility Management Professional (FMP) through IFMA, and he is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois. Earlier in his career, David served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps, exemplifying his dedication to leadership and service.
