Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global consultancy in real estate services, was the partner chosen by the German pharmaceutical company, Grünenthal, for the remodelling of its new offices in Portugal. The project recently ended with the official handover of the space last week – an eco-friendly office with a modern feel.
The German pharmaceutical company, present in Portugal since 1995, had the help of Cushman & Wakefield’s Portugal project management team to enhance the space and ensure maximum comfort for its employees.
The intervention took place in an area of 1800 sqm, in which colours and materials were combined, as well as comfortable workspaces, in order to create a modern, stimulating, and pleasant work environment, intended for a multicultural team - having this requirement played a fundamental role in the embodiment of a corporate and flexible atmosphere.
According to Ricardo Passarinho, from the Project Management team at Cushman & Wakefield Portugal, “the main focus of the project was to modernize and adapt the offices to the current reality of the company, without neglecting sustainability, with the introduction of biodiversity, and corporate image”, also adding that, inside the office, “different practical and structured solutions were considered, providing customized environments to the various needs of the client”.
