Cushman & Wakefield announces that it has been mandated to manage the portfolio of Jardins Sottomayor in Portugal. In this way, C&W is now in charge of managing various assets, located in prominent points of the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon. The portfolio totals 35,000 sq.m of office and hotel assets - located on Av. Fontes Pereira de Melo and Avenida José Malhoa in Lisbon.
Jardins Sottomayor is part of the Pryconsa Group, a well-known real estate group based in Spain, which owns and operates a vast real estate heritage located mainly in the neighboring country, but also present in other European countries.
For Francisco Loureiro, Head of Business Space Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield in Portugal, “the trust placed by Pryconsa in C&W is, for us, a reason for great satisfaction. It is the recognition of the competence evidenced in the management of the most emblematic office buildings in Lisbon. To combine the excellence of our team with the demand of Pryconsa, always seeking to serve companies, occupants and visitors of the buildings in the best way, is a challenge that greatly motivates us.”
Henrique Trocado, Administrator of Jardins Sottomayor, states that “it is with great confidence and expectation that we deliver the management of our assets to Cushman & Wakefield, based on their recognized competence and the undeniable quality of their teams.”
The property management team at Cushman & Wakefield now has more than 580,000 sq.m under management, including office buildings and commercial and logistics spaces.
