In this way, C&W is now in charge of managing various assets, located in prominent points of the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon. The portfolio totals 35,000 sq.m of office and hotel assets - located on Av. Fontes Pereira de Melo and Avenida José Malhoa in Lisbon.
