Cushman & Wakefield announces that it has advised Complete Entertainment Exchange (CeX) on the lease of its new repair centre in the North of the country, specifically at Arch Valadares | Cerâmica de Valadares, located in Vila Nova de Gaia.
CeX is an international brand founded in London in 1992, focusing on the purchase, sale, and exchange of used items such as mobile phones, films, video games, consoles, computers, and electronics in general. Currently, it has over 500 stores across Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Ireland, India, Australia, the Netherlands, Mexico, Italy, and Poland. In Portugal, the brand has 31 stores in various locations and continues with an ambitious expansion plan, covering several areas throughout the country. This new centre is entirely dedicated to the repair and refurbishment of the various products sold in the chain’s stores in Portugal.
“We are very pleased to have supported CeX in identifying and negotiating a strategic location for its new repair centre in Vila Nova de Gaia. Arch Valadares has decided to create a new business centre in part of its facilities, which aligns with the needs of various types of companies,” comments João Paulo Silva, Consultant from Cushman & Wakefield Portugal’s Industrial and Logistics department.
Both parties have decided not to disclose the transaction values.
