Cushman & Wakefield managed the lease of a 2,586 sq.m logistics centre for XPO Logistics, a leader in providing innovative and sustainable integrated logistics solutions in Europe, at Lezíria Park Logistics Park, located in Forte da Casa, Vila Franca de Xira (Lisbon). In this operation, C&W acted on behalf of Serris Reim, the manager and owner of the logistics park.
Lezíria Park is a mixed-use complex that integrates offices, hotels, and warehouses. It is situated in a consolidated logistics area with direct access to major communication routes to Lisbon, Porto, Faro, and Madrid, such as the A1 and N10.

From this new logistics and distribution centre, XPO will offer integrated solutions to its customers, including last mile and contract logistics in Lisbon and southern Portugal. Meanwhile, the current centre in Lisbon and the centres in Pombal and Porto will continue their full and partial load and pallet activity, covering the national territory, as well as Spain and Europe, allowing the company to optimize logistics efficiency in all its operations.
With this installation, XPO Logistics reaches 79 logistics centres throughout the Iberian Peninsula, where it holds a leading position in capillary distribution service with 22,000 pallets delivered or collected daily (1 every 2 seconds), also making 4,300 last mile deliveries per day of bulky products in sectors such as DIY, appliances, and furniture, with constant growth.
