As part of the Capital Markets Group, Ana advises property owners, developers and investors, both national and international, by providing solutions that maximize the value of inner city properties through selling, repositioning or redeveloping.

After more than 18 years at Cushman & Wakefield in Lisbon, Ana is a highly experienced property professional and has been involved in some of the most significant real estate transactions in Portugal such as the sale of BP's oil terminal in Santa Iria da Azóia, the sale of Unilever Jerónimo Martins' factory in Sacavém that was recently redeveloped into a mixed use retail and office project and, more recently, the sale of the former Amial Factory in Porto that is currently being redeveloped into one of Portugal’s largest student housing projects.
