Cushman & Wakefield announces that it was responsible for representing Abreu Logistics in the leasing of a logistics warehouse with approximately 19,500 sq.m in Palmela. The asset, managed by Logicor, is the new platform for Abreu Logistics in the Lisbon district.
With direct access to the A2 motorway, the main logistics corridor connecting Lisbon to Madrid, the new Abreu Logistics platform will have a total capacity of 19,500 sq.m, with storage solutions in Rack and Bulk. The space also includes 21 loading and unloading docks and 200 parking spaces.
