Diogo Lopo is a Consultant in the Capital Markets department of Cushman & Wakefield.
With focus on Business Space Investment, his main responsibilities include supporting clients along the entire transaction process, since the planning and preparation stages until closing.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in March 2020, Diogo served as a Real Estate Investment Analyst at Fidelidade, focusing on financial analysis and portfolio management.
Was involved in the management of two real estate projects (in London and Tokyo) comprising a total of103,000 sqm GLA andtotaling c. 880 million Euros.
