João Esteves is an Associate and Senior Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield Portugal, acting on the shopping center, retail park and stand-alone units sectors, as well as in Tenant Representation.
His long experience of over fifteen years in the retail sector allowed him to develop special relationships with landlords and tenants, which led him naturally to extend his field of action to high street retail and specially to tenant representation, representing emblematic brands such as O Boticário, CeXWebuy, Tescoma and Kiabi, amongst others.
Member of the EMEA Out of Town Retail Group at Cushman & Wakefield.
João began his cooperation with Cushman & Wakefield in 2015, having previously worked in well established companies in the area such as Multi Mall Management, Sonae Sierra and Klépierre.
