Sérgio Nunes is responsible for all issues regarding the industrial department in the Cushman & Wakefield Lisbon Office and has two more members working on his team.
The activity of this department is dedicated to the global monitoring of customers in the industrial and land sectors, from the identification of their needs, through the search, selection and advice in choosing the option that best suits the company.
Sérgio joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018 after having worked at Klepierre and Amorim Imobiliária, SGPS, as a Leasing Manager. He has a degree in Marketing Management from the Portuguese Institute of Administration and Marketing.

- Participated in the promotion and management of important proceedings such as, the sale of Bacardi's industrial property to Dachser with 59,000 sqm
- He was involved and led the acquisition of more than 10 properties, totalling more than 187,500 sqm in the north of the country for the establishment of a new railway terminal for logistics
- As a leasing manager at Klepierre, he was responsible for leasing stores in shopping centres, such as Aqua Portimão, Parque Nascente and Espaço Guimarães. Achieving occupancy rates above 95%.
