The right bidder selection led CBRE Global Investors recording the highest rent rate per peyeong in one of the main areas of Seoul.
Cushman & Wakefield also facilitated numerous paperwork requirements including the MOU, Due Diligence and SPA negotiations smoothly, speeding up timeline to exceed the client’s expectations.
